Order Cancellations

Cancellation by You:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order without incurring any fees. To cancel an order, please contact us directly at info@crownandcrumb.com.
  • Cancellations made after 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total order cost to cover the costs of any work already started and materials purchased.

Cancellation by Us:

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances or beyond our control circumstances. In such cases, you will be fully refunded.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only available for orders cancelled within the specified cancellation period or for orders that cannot be fulfilled due to our error.
  • For custom orders, refunds are not available once production has begun, except in the case of a defect in the product. In such cases, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence of the defect for a replacement or refund.
  • All refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original method of payment.

  • We take great care in preparing and packaging our goods to ensure they leave our premises in optimal condition. However, we cannot control the conditions or handling of goods once they leave our premises. Therefore, Crown and Crumb LLC will not be held responsible for any damage, spoilage, or other issues that occur after the goods have been handed over to the customer or their representative.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to transport and store the goods in a manner that preserves their condition, following any instructions provided by Crown and Crumb LLC regarding care, refrigeration, or consumption.

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions and choosing to pick up an order from Crown and Crumb LLC, the customer acknowledges and accepts this policy regarding pickup and responsibility for goods post-pickup.
